WHO WE ARE
If you don’t know me, my name is Phil Novell
(that’s me in the pic below, coaching some of the kids at my soccer school) I founded dadthecoach.com
My mission is to make it easier for grassroots youth football coaches like you (and me) to deliver simple but effective coaching sessions.
It seems like the drills online have a never ending array of arrows dots and squiggles!! Sometimes I think even the highest level premier league coaches would have a hard time working them out!!
I'm no coaching expert but I have done my best to break down these drills and simplify them for grassroots level youth coaches like us.
